“Mental Toughness and Resilience Academy” with Aliplast Group Foundation

Aliplast Group Foundation together with “Inspira” Foundation for Development Initiatives have the pleasure to invite you to join the “Mental Toughness and Resilience Academy”.

It is a series of workshops for young people, devoted to healthy methods of managing stress and difficult emotions, mental strength, building of a healthy approach to self-esteem and personal boundaries. The workshops are addressed to young people aged from 13 to 18 years who feel overwhelmed by stress and difficult emotions.

The classes are scheduled from April to May 2024, on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or on weekdays from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Centre for Culture in Lublin.

Each group’s schedule involves 4 meetings (2 h 30 min), held once a week for 4 weeks.
