Profiles bending

• Technological limitations:

- maximum arc total height 2100 mm
- maximum arc total height for wood grain colour 1700 mm
- there are minimum bending radius for the individual profiles - see table above
- realization of arcs below the minimum bending radius upon the basis of the customer's written consent - in such case the quality is not
assured
- in case of glazing selection for the arc connections below the bending radius of 900 mm it is required to take the additional clearance of
2 mm into consideration
- the arc length with the technological allowances must not exceed the factory length of the profile
- in case of bent facade beams and columns the maximum arc length having assured quality is 3000 mm
- the minimum technological allowance is 800 mm
- we do not realize orders for bent profiles in bicolour: wood grain colour + RAL

• Optimization:

- Alicad software does not optimize the number of arcs nor the material amount required for realization of arcs
- the optimization of number of arcs is the orderer's responsibility
- if there is a possibility of connecting the multiple arcs into one of larger length, it should be included in the order
- the optimization of material amount required for realization of arcs is Aliplast company responsibility
- the waste material from bending arcs belong to the customer and are delivered with the arcs
- the waste material from bending arcs are not suitable for use as straight segments

• Additional information:

- the arcs are the non-system solutions
- deviations from the nominal profile dimensions are unavoidable. The deviation type and range depend on the bending radius, profile
type, and wall thickness
- for arcs bent according to the templates we also assume deviations up to 10 mm from the upper arc edge
- in case of welded connections we assure the quality of the visible surfaces

• Identification of realized products (arcs):

- glazing beads - there are the Aliplast order number + structure number according to the orderer's documentation stamped on the inside
of the decorative surface
- main profiles - there are the Aliplast order number + structure number according to the orderer's documentation stamped on the
outside of the decorative surface
- the numeric designation is placed on the technological waste as low as possible
