Invoicing via KSeF with Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o.

Dear Customer,

Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o. as an entity with revenue from sales exceeding PLN 200 million, will be obliged to issue sales invoices via KSeF [national system of e-invoices] starting from 1 February 2026.

As of that date, our invoices will be delivered exclusively via KSeF, and all our domestic clients, including your company, will be required by law to receive them via KSeF.

We kindly ask you to ensure that your organization will have procedures in place to guarantee the timely receipt of invoices via KSeF.

Since we will discontinue sending our invoices in the current format (by e-mail as PDF files), in order to avoid potential problems with the full readability of invoices in the new format on your side, we decided to start sending invoice specifications.

The specifications will include the basic information about product range coming in the existing visual layout, and they will be sent in the same manner as invoices have been to date, that is e-mailed as PDF files.

To avoid the risk of the specifications being deemed duplicate VAT invoices by the tax authorities, they will be deprived of some information included in invoices (e.g. total VAT, payment date and other formal information).

At the same time, please be informed that you can already ask us to start making our current invoices available in the pre-production KSeF environment, that is the Demo version (Main page of the National System of e-invoices)

Some elements of our invoices will still be modified in the course of pending works (due to the complexity of legal regulations and technical constraints), however you can already get familiar with their basic layout.
