The Corialis Group awarded a Gold Medal by the leading global rating platform EcoVadis

The Corialis Group, comprising Aliplast Sp. z o. o. and Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o. o., was awarded a Gold Medal for the second time by the leading global rating platform EcoVadis, which assesses the activities and practices of companies from the perspective of corporate social responsibility, including environmental commitment.

The Corialis Group was awarded a Gold Medal by EcoVadis following an assessment in 4 dimensions: environmental, social, ethical and related to the supply chain.

• environment – waste, water, energy, pollution, chemicals, biodiversity
• work and human rights - training, discrimination, harassment, diversity, respect for human rights, health and safety, working conditions, social dialogue
• ethics – corruption, bribery, anti-competitive practices, responsible information management
• sustainable procurement – supervision of the supplier's social and environmental issues

Certificates such as those awarded by EcoVadis will become an important element of the contractor selection process in the future - authentic and fact-based behaviours in the sphere of sustainable development have a chance to become an important element of competitive advantage on the market.

EcoVadis is an independent rating company assessing the activities and practices of suppliers in terms of their corporate social responsibility. It was established in 2007 and assesses performance of companies in the categories of Environment, Work and Human Rights, Sustainable Procurement and Ethics. The assessment is based on international sustainable development standards, such as the Global Reporting Initiative, United Nations Global Compact and ISO 26000. More than 100,000 companies from over 175 countries and 200 sectors regularly have their value chain assessed by EcoVadis.

Being awarded again with a Gold Medal by EcoVadis confirms that the Corialis Group is on the right track to implement its sustainable development plan.
